Eight years ago I started as a student at The Glassell School of Art at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston.  The experience connected me to wonderful people in Houston’s creative community, and I began selling to a handful of designers and local collectors in 2018.  

Most paintings begin with a powerful memory or an everyday object or image, often abstracted, from my life and my imagination. Mixing acrylic paint with charcoal and different mediums, like fiber paste, allows me to create interesting textures and layers. 

I work in my home studio in Houston, Texas.
